Orders and Shipping
After payment is received, we will ship your product out within 24 hours and delivery will take 2-3 days in main centres and 3-5 days in outlying areas.
There will be some exceptions for farms and rural areas.

Complete all your details to make your future shopping experience a breeze.
If your order is taking longer than expected to be delivered, mail us on [email protected] and we’ll track it for you.
We use various suppliers to offer you the best products, so items ordered from different suppliers will come in separate boxes.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return a product up to 60 days after date of purchase, as long as that product is unopened and in a saleable condition.
Return courier costs are for the customer’s account.
